Ketua DPR Bambang Soesatyo menegaskan, Facebook harus bertanggung jawab atas kesalahan dalam mengamankan data konsumennya. Meski begitu Bambang menolak usulan penutupan perusahaan layanan jejaring sosial asal Amerika Serikat itu. Facebook dianggap menyehatkan iklim bisnis di Indonesia karena bisa membantu pemasaran produk pengusaha kecil dan menengah.
