Application Checklist
The application itself is quick and easy. It takes most people about 15 minutes. (It helps if you have your Social Security number handy.)
The application is one part of the process. Complete the additional steps too. Follow our checklist below.
1. Find your desired program
Review your program’s requirements. Some involve an extra step or two.
2. Choose your start date
Decide when you want to start classes. Fall semester? Spring semester? Summer session?
3. Complete the application
Follow the apply links. You’ll be prompted to start a Madison College account and will be guided through the application.
4. Meet admissions requirements
- Graduate high school or complete your GED/HSED
- Submit official high school or college transcripts
- Meet residency requirements
Fall semester deadline: Sept. 7
5. Satisfy program-specific requirements
Some programs require specific testing, pre-requisite courses or background checks. Review your program for details.
6. Keep checking your Madison College account
This is where you’ll receive updates and reminders you won’t want to miss.
