A ROYAL Navy diver has been demoted after telling a female colleague he had "hangover horn" and undoing his trousers.
Jon Finlay, 37, had been on a drunken evening out with the younger woman in Cyprus hours before the outburst.
During the course of the evening, the woman lost her phone - and LD Finlay, who'd previously been in a relationship with her, offered to help her find it.
A court martial in Wiltshire heard he invited her down to the dive store on minehunter HMS Penzance, where he was sleeping at the time.
When she arrived, he asked her if she "missed having sex".
Bulford Military Court then heard he pulled down his jeans and "traced the outline of his penis" - telling the woman: "I won't get it out fully.
"It's got length to it."
Prosecuting, Major Laura Fearnfield told the hearing: "[The victim] lost her phone on a night out, and the next day, Leading Diver Finlay offered to help her track it down.
'DO YOU MISS HAVING SEX?'
"He asked her to come to the dive store because that was where he was sleeping at the time as it was the only room with air conditioning.
"Initially, he called the bar for her to try and find the phone.
"He then said, 'Do you miss having sex with your boyfriend? It's been so long'.
"He told her he had the ''hangover horn'' and asked her if she wanted him to get his d*** out.
"He undid his belt and zip and opened his trousers moving them down by about 10cm to show his boxers."
The woman, a junior with the rank of Able Rate, had ended her relationship with LD Finlay months before.
It was heard that she replied: "Definitely don't do that", before asking him what he thought he was doing.

LD Finlay, a dad-of-two, replied: "It's got length to it", it was heard.
As she got up to leave, LD Finlay, who has more than 20 years service, immediately apologised.
Later that day, he approached her again to say sorry - and begged her not to tell anyone what he'd done.
Mitigating, barrister Kaj Scarsbrook said the experienced diver, from South Shields, Tyne and Wear, thought what he had done was "morally abhorrent".
And LD Finlay spoke in court of his shame.
He said: "I am incredibly disappointed and remorseful about the situation I am in now."
Judge Advocate General Alan Large told the diver that during his time in service he's seen the navy change.
"You will know how those changes have impacted the way we deal with each other and the respect we must have for each other," the judge said.
LD Finlay, who admitted one count of disgraceful conduct of an indecent kind, was reduced in rank to able rate, but was spared any further punishment.
