An Arizona doctor held on to a win in a defamation lawsuit filed by a colleague he allegedly called an “idiot,” after a state appeals court said the comment was nonactionable opinion.
Seyed Mohsen Sharifi Takieh failed to show James Del Giorno made any statements about him that were “susceptible of being proved true or false,” the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One, said.
