Destiny 2 guide: How to complete the Moments of Triumph 2020 Seal for the MMXX title - Polygon

nnnindonesia.blogspot.com

Starting on July 7 and running until the launch of Destiny 2: Beyond Light, Destiny 2’s new Moments of Triumph event is here to provide some new objectives and an unlockable title.

Like last year, Moments of Triumph takes players on a tour of Destiny’s various activities. But the 2020 Moments of Triumph event focuses more on activities that are going away in the coming months, when Bungie places Io, Mars, Mercury, and Titan in the Destiny Content Vault.

Before that happens, players can finish a batch of Triumphs to complete then Moments of Triumph 2020 Seal, earning the MMXX title as a memento. Titles hang under a player’s nameplate in all Destiny activities. Unlike most Seals, players can also unlock real-life rewards via the Moments of Triumph.

Players need to complete 30 Triumphs to unlock in this Seal, but can earn the MMXX title by only completing 28 Triumphs — meaning you can effectively pick two you don’t want to complete. Here’s how to earn the Moments of Triumph 2020 Seal, and acquire the MMXX title before it disappears on Nov. 10.

Notable or difficult Triumphs

Many of the Triumphs in this guide are fairly straightforward — we don’t need to tell you how to bank Motes or get headshots in Gambit. But some of them do require quite a bit of work, and we can help with those.

Destroyer of Heretics: Complete the Pit of Heresy dungeon on the Moon

This requires you to complete the Pit of Heresy dungeon. While not that hard, there are some tricky spots. Grab two friends and jump in blind on the Moon for a fun time. But if you don’t feel like banging your head against it, you can use Datto’s video guide above.

Exotic Arsenal: Obtain the Witherhoard (Season Pass), Ruinous Effigy, and Traveler’s Chosen

This quest requires you to complete two lengthy Exotic quests this season. The first is for Ruinous Effigy, the game’s new Trace Rifle — you can check out our Ruinous Effigy guide. The second is the Evacuation quest for Traveler’s Chosen. The Evacuation quest is only partially out at the time of this writing, but we have a guide for Traveler’s Chosen.

If you own the Season Pass — which you need to get Ruinous Effigy anyway — you should already have Witherhoard.

Hive-God Optometrist: Find and destroy all 50 Savathun’s Eyes

Once you get Ruinous Effigy, you’ll need to gallivant around the system, destroying Savathun’s Eyes with it to get this Triumph. We have a complete guide on all 50 of Savathun’s Eyes.

Prophecy Complete: Complete the Prophecy dungeon in the Tower

Like Pit of Heresy, we recommend you grab two friends and jump into this one blind. But if you need some assistance, we have a short and easy guide for Prophecy.

Reward: Raid Ring and Emblem: Complete the Leviathan, Eater of Worlds, Spire of Stars, Scourge of the Past, and Crown of Sorrow raids

We’ve looped all five of the older raids into this one Triumph. If you’ve already done these Raids, chances are you’ll have an easy time getting into a new group. If you’re looking to run them for the first time, you’ll need five other friends to help teach you. If you don’t have that many friends or your friends don’t know what to do, here are your best options: jump on a Destiny 2 LFG, like the PC LFG Discord or the the 100.io for consoles, and watch some old Datto guides to learn the mechanics.

If you don’t know what to do and need some LFG help, make sure you let the people you’re running with know. Most folks are more than happy to teach, but nobody likes it when someone says they’ve done a raid before and clearly haven’t. Be honest and open, and you’ll eventually find some like minded friends willing to help.

Trials Victories: Win seven Trials of Osiris matches

This is one of those nightmare Triumphs for the average player. If you don’t have a solid Trials group, we recommend using one of your two skips for this Triumph — remember, there are 30 Triumphs and you only need to complete 28.

If you must get it done, we recommend using an LFG, like the PC LFG Discord or the the 100.io for consoles, to find some like minded players. There are always casual folks just looking to get a few wins each week.

Triumph Master: Obtain 50,000 Triumph score

If you’re new to Destiny 2, 50,000 Triumph score probably seems like a lot! This Triumph just takes a lot of time in-game, doing all kinds of things. If you want to get it done before the end of the season, we recommend you open up your Triumph tab in your menu and look for big-score Triumphs you’re missing. Completing Destiny 2 campaigns like Red War or Warmind is a great place to start. And if you only have one class, leveling up the other two will get you some bonus score as well.
