A SINGLE mum begged her married work colleague for sex then threatened to get him fired if he told their boss, a tribunal heard.
The admin assistant told maintenance man Andrew Weatherby, 50, to “think of the fun” they could have.
He warned her off and when she sent more texts he said: “Just stop. It’s offensive and intimidating.”
The “much younger” woman told him: “You need to remember I’m a single, crying mum and can make your life hell. I just want you to want me.”
The woman then sent messages to his wife telling her to imagine her husband cheating on her.
The pair were previously friends at Amcrol Ltd and used innuendo in their humour, the tribunal in Llandudno, North Wales, heard.
It ruled Mr Weatherby was sexually harassed, and had been victimised by their boss.
His unfair dismissal claim was “credible”, but the tribunal accepted his work had diminished and he may have been made redundant anyway.
The woman resigned. Damages will be set later.
