Setelah menyelesaikan seluruh rangkaian ibadah haji di Tanah Suci sebagian anggota jemaah haji Indonesia mulai berburu aneka oleh-oleh di Pasar Jafariyah, Mekkah. Di sini jemaah bisa mencari barang-barang sebagai cenderamata untuk sanak saudara di Tanah Air seperti tasbih, parfum, dan camilan khas Arab lainnya. Barang yang dijual di sini sebagian produksi lokal namun tak sedikit pula berasal dari Tiongkok, India, bahkan Indonesia.
