The Jets are certainly making good progress on their interviews. The team announced last night that they had completed an interview with Indianapolis Colts DC Matt Eberflus.
Earlier today Adam Schefter reported that the Jets will complete their interviews with Aaron Glenn and Arthur Smith on Monday, completing all interviews that have been reportedly set-up.
Titans OC Arthur Smith interviewed Sunday night with the Jaguars for their HC job, per source.
Smith is scheduled to interview today for HC jobs with the Jets, Falcons and Chargers, then the Lions on Tuesday.
Jets also interviewing Saints’ DB coach Aaron Glenn today for HC job.

Matt Eberflus is an interesting name that continues to gain traction with Jets fans.
It could be argued that Eberfluss does more with less talent around him than several other candidates. Over the course of three years as Colts defensive coordinator, the unit has seen considerable improvement, especially when it comes to run defense, finishing in the top-10 in rushing yards allowed in both 2020 and 2019.
The Colts defense have also enjoyed considerable success in takeaways which are momentum changers for the whole team. They were ranked 2nd in 2020 with 25 after recording 23 in 2019.
Eberflus has been coaching in the NFL since 2009 when he took over as Linebackers coach with Cleveland, he moved into the same role with Dallas as well as taking over as their passing game coordinator, before finally moving to the Colts in 2018.
